Let's Recap, Shall We! (Weeks 8-11)

Hello There!

How's Everyone Doing? Y'all Good!

We have discussed quite a bit and I wanted to take a PAUSE on the topics for this Saturday to reflect, repoint, and refocus! Can we do that, please? Okay, good deal!

I Would Love To Hear From You!

What was something that really grasped your attention within the previous Motivational Mondays as well as the Weekly Topic Saturdays?

How did it make you feel, was it thought-provoking, or did it strike up a conversation? What was interesting about these posts?

Week Eight:

In the Motivational Monday #8: Hindsight Being 20/20 post and the Weekly Topic Saturday #8:Self Discovery VS Self Awareness post we discussed what hindsight was and why it is so important to trust in God’s timing. We also discussed what it is like to ask yourself the tough questions and to understand what it is like to become aware of ourselves.

  1. Have you recently had a moment where hindsight was 20/20? If so, how did it make you feel?

  2. Have you taken the first step to discovering yourself?

  3. Do you find that becoming self-aware is hard? Why or Why not?

Week Nine:

In the Motivational Monday #9: Self-Care is a Must post and the Weekly Topic Saturday #9: Don’t Get Stuck in Temporary Situations post we discussed what self-care was and why it is so important to engage in. We also discussed why it is important to not get stuck in temporary situations and why it is important to look further out while leaning on God for understanding.

  1. Have you started a self-care routine? A Spiritual Maintenance Plan?

  2. What does your self-care routine look like?

  3. Have you ever been stuck in a situation that seemed impossible to get out of? If so, what helped to bring you through that situation?

Week Ten:

In the Motivational Monday #10: Forgiveness Is Key! post and the Weekly Topic Saturday #10: The Struggle Is Real But So Is Conviction post we discussed forgiveness is a release and God loves when we forgive because he forgives. He is pleased when we do so. We also discussed the power of conviction and that God in his timing will take care of the wrongdoers.

  1. Have you ever felt convicted in a given situation?

  2. Is forgiveness hard for you?

  3. Why do we have to and need to forgive?

  4. When you do forgive others, Do you also forgive yourself?

Week Eleven:

In the Motivational Monday #11: The Power of Affirmations post and the Weekly Topic Saturday #11: Top 5 Best Moment of My Life post we discussed why affirmations are so important. The bible says what a man thinketh in his heart, so is he, so we constantly have to renew our way of thinking and think only on the good things of the Lord. We also touched on my life and the greatest moments that have brought me great joy.

  1. Am I aware of my thinking?

  2. Are my automatic thoughts negative?

  3. Why are affirmations so important?

  4. Do I see myself practicing affirmations as part of my daily routine?

Join the conversation and tell me what you think?

~Just Breathe... A Golden Dream~

Amen.
