My name is Sherronda Best, I'm an aspiring fashion designer, originally from Fayetteville, North Carolina but now I currently live in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Having parents in the military gave me the privilege to live overseas until the age of 8 years old. Living abroad gave me the inspiration and opportunity to experience various cultures, customs, and fashion, which later shaped my passion and led me to my degrees.
​
I've earned a Bachelor's in Fashion Merchandising and design with a concentration in Fashion Design from Meredith College. Also, an Associate's in Fine Arts in Fashion Marketing from The Arts Institute of Raleigh-Durham.
With writing A Golden Dream, all I want to do is inspire and spread the Word of God. While reflecting on old journals, I knew my testimony is not well served if not shared with others. We are all connected to each other through Christ as well as by our life experiences. I've also discovered that too many people often suffer in silence because they have no one to conversate with in times of heartache and pain.
With that being said, I was eager to create something that would encourage and uplift others in times of joy, happiness, guidance, and in times of trouble. I want to create a safe space where people can talk, listen, watch, or comment about how they may be feeling without judgment, and also, be able to take the material that God has blessed me with to heal and grow in their own journey.

As I maneuver through this life of mine, I want to leave behind nuggets of knowledge as we all should. In this space, I want to share my spiritual journey with getting closer to God, anxiety, forgiveness, traumatic memories, life experiences, and other topics that everyone goes through. I want you to know that you are not alone.
