Week Thirty-Eight:

In the Motivational Monday #38: Spring Cleaning post and the Weekly Topic Saturday #38: S.M.A.R.T. Goals post we discussed the importance of getting rid of the things that no longer serve you to make room for the things that do. We also discussed how to effectively plan and make goals that will be more realistic for you.

  1. Has spiritual spring cleaning been beneficial for you? Why or Why not?

  2. When you make goals for yourself are they S.M.A.R.T.? Why or Why not? Has it worked for you?


Week Thirty-Nine:

In the Motivational Monday #39: A Mothers Love post and the Weekly Topic Saturday #39: The Power of… “I am” post we celebrated mother’s day and we also talked about how powerful claiming something over your life is.

  1. What do you claim over your life when you say “I am..?” Is it positive or negative? Why?

Week Forty:

In the Motivational Monday #40: What’s On Your Bucket List post and the Weekly Topic Saturday #40: Get Organized post we discussed the importance of both creating and executing a bucket list. We also discussed how essential being and staying organized is in practically all areas of life?

Week Forty-One:

In the Motivational Monday #41: Scriptures I Keep Close post and the Weekly Topic Saturday #41: Importance of Relationships post we discussed some of the scriptures that I meditate on and keep close to my heart. We also discussed what God’s views on relationships are and how important they are for us.

  1. What scriptures do you meditate on daily? Do you hold them in your heart?

  2. How do you view relationships? Do you think they are important? Why do you think God puts so much emphasis on relationships?


Week Forty-Two:

In the Motivational Monday #42: Managing Stress and Anxiety post and the Weekly Topic Saturday #42: Take A Break post we discussed the importance of learning how to manage your stress and anxiety levels and various ways of doing it. We also discussed the importance of taking a break to reset yourself.
